How can I get rid of the dryness around my lips and eyes?

For a few years now, the skin around my lips and eyes gets reallys dry, constantly. I'll put lotion on and 20 mins later, it's already dried out again. I've tried using moisturizing creams that you wash off, but that only seems to make it worst and more stiff. It's getting bad enough that at the corners of my mouth, my skin cracks and bleeds. What is wrong with my skin? How can i fix it? I have had eczema since i was a little girl, could this be contributing?How can I get rid of the dryness around my lips and eyes?

I could suggest some products, but to really help you, I think you should think about the root of the problem. The main cause of dry skin is lack of water intake and/or genetics. Because you can't change your genetics, I suggest you to drink more water.

You could try rubbing in extra virgin olive oil with or without honey and exfoliate it often.
