How to have a picture in black and white with some parts in color?

i have aperture 2. I have looked at the tutorials and i still can't find how to do it. It doesn't really say anything about what i'm wanting to do with my picturesHow to have a picture in black and white with some parts in color?

with the inspector you can adjust colored image to b%26amp;w, and sepia or colored as whole, yet theres no color spotting,

it'll take you through and show you how to do it in photoshop or whatever...





try 'selective saturation lips' or whatever it is. There are quite a few examples on it...
