First you need to turn your image into a greyscale picture.
IMAGE-GREYSCALE
Once you have done that you need to increase your colour.
IMAGE-INCREASE COLOR DEPTH - 16million(24)
Next click on your freehand selection tool,(you may want to enlarge your pic before you do this so you can trace the outline of what you want changed easy)
once you have what you want outlined, with the marching ants around it,
click on hue and saturation (could be found under adjust) and go to colour. you can play with your colours in there to find the right one you want. click on ok, and your pic should change.

first sect the area of the graphic you want to change, then go up to the top to colors, then select colorize.
