Pink eye is extremely contagious! You can't get it though by a simple kiss. The drainage from her eye(s) however, can be spread easily to most any part of the body and therefore easily spread to you. After antibiotics for a couple of days she should be ok! So it's up to you!My gf has pink eye is it safe to kiss her on the lips?
Pink eye is highly contageous. To avoid spreading infection, take these simple steps:

路 Disinfect surfaces such as doorknobs and counters with diluted bleach solution

路 Don鈥檛 swim (some bacteria can be spread in the water)

路 Avoid touching the face

路 Wash hands frequently

路 Don鈥檛 share towels or washcloths

路 Do not reuse handkerchiefs (using a tissue is best)

路 Avoid shaking hands
Pink eye is highly, highly infectious and is spread very easily. While I wouldn't say that kissing will transmit the infection, any contact with the eye or near the eye area will.

Your girlfriend needs to be very careful about touching her eyes or eye area and then touching other surfaces....including your hands, your face. She will need to wash her hands frequently and disinfect surfaces like countertops, sinks, faucets, door knobs, etc....

Also, she needs to make sure that she does not share towels, napkins, tissue...etc. with anyone. This can also spread the infection to others.

The good news is, the Dr. should be able to easily diagnose and prescribe medicine. She will be back to normal in just a few days. In the meantime, just be very cautious. You do not want to keep passing the infection back and forth.
I wouldn't risk it. I wouldn't even touch her at all until it's totally gone because pink eye is extremely contagious.
pink eye is transmitted by contact so yes it is safe to kiss her, make her feel good and show her you love her no matter what. but be careful usually they touch their eyes so no hands.
