How do you enhance lip color and eye color using photoshop?

I zoom in a lot and use the eyedropper and pick a color the lip or iris that you want it to be “more of.” Then use the paint brush, but keep the opacity low, like maybe 50%. If you are zoomed in enough, you should be able to color it evenly; however, you can lightly use the blur tool over the paint, to make it look more natural. How do you enhance lip color and eye color using photoshop?
Since you don't already know, you are going to spend a lot of time learning, when it is much easier to have a makeup artist ($35 per face) do that BEFORE you shoot the model. This cost is charged as an expense.

The more we get on film or the cameras sensor the less time and money we have to invest later. Since we are mostly shooters, we (or the client) have to PAY to have any professional Photoshoping or retouching done ($75 to $220 per hour).

Getting everything your need when the the shutter is released, saves both time and money in the end. That is why people hire pros for their photo needs. How do you enhance lip color and eye color using photoshop?
You could increase the color saturation. If you do it too much, though, you'll start to get very unnatural and undesirable colors showing up.
