It won't hurt you, but I imagine itd be a bit harder to remove!! And u don't wanna use eyeliner remover on ur lips!! So.. Yeah..

But I totally agree, dark plum would look more decent and better.

It will NOT damage your lips, and yes you can wear it but should not. I've seen many people do this and it does not look flattering in any way whatsoever. Not sure about you but most people do not want to look like a ';chola.'; It looks ridiculous. And that is if you mean outlining your lips only. Not really. It just might depend on what the base color of your lips are. I remember in high school girls used to use black liner and then clear gloss and I don't think that's the best look. If you're working with clear gloss I think you should either have a nice brown or taupe liner (depending on your skin tone).





Now if you're doing a Halloween look with black lips (or someone who prefers dark lip colors) then, by all means, use the black liner.
no. its not wrong, but i dont think that its a good idea. the ingredients in lip liner are made to not harm you if you swallow them. since eyeliner isnt made to put on the lips, then they might get sick. if you are trying to go for the emo goth look, then try applying black lipstick around the edges of your lips with a lip liner brush.
Its is definitely not wrong to wear black eye liner on your lips. It will do no harm to your lips. However it is not something flattering, and it does not look good, but if you like doing it, than keep on doing it. That's just my opinion.
didn't that look go out a long time ago? it won't do damage and yea it looks bad. Why black they have all colors and if you want darker lined lips then go with purple and brown, not black. And I do agree that its fine for Halloween but thats it.
if the eyeliner is good enought for your eyes i dont see why not try on your lips it wont damage them..but it might now last much..depedning on what type of liner you are using I use liquid..on my eyes..if you use pencil liner it might last longer...
Not sure why you you want to wear it on your lips. I don't think black liner would look good. Unless it's a part of a halloween costume.

if you want a dark lip look try using a plum lip liner and a dark plum colored lipsticks.
i reckon its fine, all makeup is made form similar ingrediants, plus if u can put it round your eyes i'm sure you can put it on your lips!
Well duh! It's meant for your eyes not for your lips thats why its called black eyeliner
