NYX is fantastic quality and they offer a wide range of colours for eyes and lips at a ridiculously low price. Their eyeshadow trios will run you $6 on cherryculture.com and better yet the lipsticks are only .99cents! You can't get better than NYX if you're looking to save some cash.What other cosmetic brand that has a lot of bright fun colors for eyes n lips and not expensive like MAC?
If you live in the US, you might not have heard of this, but there is a brand here in Australia called ChiChi, with every colour under the sun for only a little price. The compacts also have the coolest names eg. ';Little Miss Rich *****';
However, seeing as the brand is Australian it might just as much as MAC in the US, I don't know!
There is a brand I have found at Wal-mart called ';Hip'; It is by L'Oreal. It's only a few dollars and it is available in color duo, small round compacts that have a mirror and applicator brushes stored on the lower level of the compact........Open the shadow side, then flip it and open the under side where the mirror and applicators are. Go get 'em!!!
max factor.....a ton of bright colors....to get the brighest result....use a foundation to lighten up ur eye lids....ultimetly the color will come out brighter that way .....good luck
l'oreal h.i.p and cover girl just came out with a lot of bright colors. also try rimmel
