Trying to make eyes & lips larger?

I am african-american, my skin isn't really dark, i am half white half black. %26amp; my eyes are brown. Can I have some makeup tips to make my eyes look larger? and my lips as well? (no lip plumper's)Trying to make eyes %26amp; lips larger?

In the case of the lips, wear your lip liner half on your lip and half on the outside; MAKE CERTAIN IT IS NOT TOO THICK. Blend it very well with either lip stick or gloss or tint. For your eyes, use thin eye liner very near your lashes, it'll make them look fuller too making them the focal point of your face thus, looking larger. Also, wear the lightest shade of eye shadow that you will be wearing that day right in the corners where your eye meets your nose. It'll really make your eyes appear luminous.
for the eyes- put mascara along the top and bottom eyelashes (not thick or clumpy) with no eye liner. it gives your eyes a ';pop'; look
