I've noticed that the look of smokey eyes or skater/punk/emo eyes (heavy black eyeliner) looks good with smaller lips/mouth, but in your honest opinion, would this look bad/good/great on fuller lipped/mouthed people?Please be honest- Do smokey eyes look good with very full lips?
Maybe with light colored lipstick. It might work if only the top lid was smoked and leave the bottom lashes bare or with a hint of mascara.

IF YOU'RE GOING SMOKY ON THE EYES, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS GO MORE NATURAL ON THE LIPS, NO MATTER WHAT SIZE THEY ARE, AND THE SAME GOES FOR THE LIPS IF YOUR GOING TO WEAR BRIGHT RED LIPSTICK GO MORE NATURAL ON THE LIPS TO AVOID THE OVERDONE LOOK. GOOD LUCK

Well, I think it looks good with both- but mostly full lips. The smokey-eye look makes your eyes big- big eyes and big lips are a-ok!
smoky eyes looks the best with a pale lip color so yea it doesn't really matter what size the lips are
