im asian and have fairly small eyes so this usually works for me.. for your eyes... try black eyeliner (blacker the better) on both your bottom and top lids and also false lashes will make your eyes look bigger as well... you can get them at a drugstore for cheap.. or splurge on MAC lashes (love them!)

For your eyes.. Black eyeliner, white along the inside rim but don't use the black all the way around the eye, only half or even quarter way along the bottom from the outside corner. For the top you could do a ';cat eye'; shape. Lips you could use lip liner but that can look bad if you don't know how to apply it. A gloss or limp plumper will work and some of them aren't too much money:D You should make sure that you emphasize either your lips or eyes. Not both or else you could look ';overdone';. Don't forget that you should embrace the beauty that you already have, maybe your eyes and lips suit you. :)
There are lots of plumping lip glosses you can buy from any store like walgreens etc. They work fairly well. As for the eyes, try some white eye liner on the lower eyelid. Be sure to makeup the rest the eye with your eyeshadow/liner/mascara to complete the look. The white liner by itself may look funny ;^)

Use a lip plumper. The best I have found is Lip Venom Duwop. Also, line your lips with lip pencil. For your eyes, use light shimmery tones and line them with a warm brown eye pencil.
You can make your lips bigger by eating dubbol cheez burger, and for your eyes dont look for chines or japanies people..
Put Restalyne on your lips. They get REALLY big.


As for the eyes, black eyeliner on the top and bottom lids really help along with a nice thick coat of mascara.
make ur lips healthy, exfoliate them softly, moisturize and use a lip plumper


also use eye makeup that suits you

i'd probably go with a black eyeliner for the eyes and uhh, shimmery lip gloss for the lips.
lip gloss %26amp; lip plumper %26amp; for eyes, out eye liner on the outside rim of your eye:)
