My face colour is uneven,especially around eyes and above lips. Pls tell me a solution.?

i am 22 and mine is dry skin. But i have this from 4 years ago. My eyes will be itchy many times a day.My face colour is uneven,especially around eyes and above lips. Pls tell me a solution.?

Consult a dermatologist first(skin specialist). If you have already done so, than doctor must have prescribed some ointment, lotion, gels/creams.





But if not, than try eucroma (it is skin fading cream), I request you to consult a doctor prior to use this cream. But it contains hydroquinone sulphate.





Next is Glyha ( It is also skin lightening cream), it contains Glycolic acid. (this time also I request you to consult a doctor).





Both these creams will help your skin colour to be even along whole face.
