first close your eyelid and with one of your hands pull the eyelid to the side so you can get even coverage. next take the other with the eyeliner in it and carefully go over the margin of the eyelashes (be sure to start from the part of the eye nearst to your nose). if you want a more dramatic effect on your eyes press a little hard when you first begin to line your eyes then get a little bit lighter as you go along . keep in mind that it takes practice to get it just right.How do you put eyeliner on the top lip of your eye?

It really helps if you steady one arm by resting the elbow on a table or counter in front of the mirror. That should be the hand you use to draw with the pencil. The other hand should be used to pull your eyelid taut so the pencil will go on in a straight line. With just a little practice it will become second nature to you and you'll be able to do it in a flash!
just close one of your eyes and slowly put the liner on and even go over it a couple of times if you want it to look darker!hope i helped you out!

I put mine on really REALLY thick so its hard to mess up lol so sry i can help much but


pull the lid up and take ur pencil or w/e and draw it in lightly into you're lash line
Close your eye and take one hand and strech your eyelid so it stays still, then steadily make a line, just take your time doing it and it should come out ok
