Lip piercing caused left eye to twitch?

My left eye [or right eye for that matter] has never twitched. I've never had a problem with twitching in general. I got my lower right lip pierced on October 18th, 2008. Ever since then I've noticed that my left lower eye has been twitching every once in a while. I was wondering if the two were related at all or what I could do. Sometimes my eye will twitch for ten seconds before it stops. This happens numerous times throughout the day.Lip piercing caused left eye to twitch?
I've had my bottom lip pierced since july and my eye doesn't twitch.
