Depends on how old you are. If your like 20 21...30 or older then your safe. Under 20 21 not a good idea. Too strong for your body it could really do some damage to your body. It could cause it to attack the antibodies or some other infection fighting things. it would be overpowering. So I say Tylenol, aspirin, Advil, Bayer extra strength, ibuprofen. Vicodin will help the pain, but it's probably way too strong. Try to use aspirin...it will ease the pain and thin your blood so that the swelling will go down and the black eye will go away sooner.
That is way too strong for that kind of pain. Try paracetamol, ibuprofen or tylenol. Apply ice packs to both yr lip %26amp; black eye 20 Min's on %26amp; 20 Min's off. If you can get some ';Lasonil'; cream %26amp; rub around yr eye but not in it, this will reduce the bruising faster.
i would pop the accedrien or pain pills and maybe bandage them up with neosporn under the bandages
its too strong, plain tylenol or ibuprofen should do the trick
