Big eyes, small lips, heart shaped face?

I want to emphasise my eyes, but I should work more on my lips because they are small. I cant do both at the same time, what type of makeup should I apply?Big eyes, small lips, heart shaped face?
If you already have big eyes, they probably don't need a lot to emphasize them. That being said, you don't have to use a lot of make-up to make the pop even more. Its all about the colours you use. Use the opposite colours of your eyes to make them stand out. If your eyes are brown, go for mauves and purples with browns. If they're green, again purples are good.

For your lips, just balance them with your eyes. Use a richer colour on your lips to make them more noticable. Using a coloured gloss would probably be best.

Another easy way to make your eyes pop is to use a white shimmer powder under the arch of your eyebrows and in the inner corners of your eyes, no matter what make-up you're using.Big eyes, small lips, heart shaped face?
alien from another planet
none just be yourself and some boys do like the way you look so just love yourself.
Gosh you're lucky! If I had big eyes I would definately emphasize them with eyeliner (on the inside is best with big eyes). That way people will look at your eyes first. Otherwise buy a plumping lipgloss/ lipstick. They're good
dark make up for your eyes and light make up for your lips
I'm the same way, and i always put on eyeliner and sometimes a blue(because i have blue eyes), (or black) smokey eye, and I ussually just wear chapstick(for casual stuff) or a clear gloss(because i have really red lips so i dont need anymore color)
plumping lip gloss makes lips look bigger but in my opinion big lips look unattractive. lots of mascara all round your eyes emphasises your eyes
nah focus on yoru eyes

they are the windows to our soul =)

eyeliner and eyeshadow =)
Try a smoky eye and a glossy lip. That way your emphasizing your eyes and lips. But use a neutral or clear shade on the lip so it's not too much.
ok, well, use a bright colour of eyeshadow on the inside corner of your eye, and use borwon on the outsides. Use lots of mascara, in brown, make sure it doesn't clump.

and yes you can do both!

use a lip liner the same shade as your lips, and extend it out side of your lip line.

it will mkae an effect.
